I am a friendly, experienced and qualified singing and piano teacher based in Guildford, UK.
I specialise in teaching all styles of singing and piano - classical, musical theatre and contemporary styles, such as rock/pop, country, folk, blues, easy listening, jazz, r'n'b and hip-hop.
I teach any student of any age or ability and from all backgrounds; all I require from you is your enthusiasm! I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your musical journey ♬

My Teaching Style
I aim to give a bespoke service to my students. I adapt my teaching style to suit students interests, ability and goals. I see it that it is my job to help you reach your full potential and to have fun along the way!
For students who would like to do exams I help them prepare for classical, musical theatre or rock/pop exams (sometimes all 3 if they want) in singing up to Diploma standard or classical or rock/pop in piano up to Grade 5. I also teach Music Theory up to Grade 5.
I support my students to prepare for auditions, school qualifications and all styles of performances
My teaching approach is to be thorough, good-humoured and inspirational :-)

Students have won talent competitions, such as Open Mic, London and West End Calling.
Students have performed with choirs, such as National Youth Choir, Bach Choir, Rochester Cathedral Choir, Durham Cathedral Choir and The Trust Choir.
Students have appeared on TV and in films and in West End shows such as Billy Elliott, The Waitress and Mamma Mia (West End) and with Opera North and English National Opera. One student was chosen to sing the national anthem for the American Embassy. Other students have reached the latter stages of ‘The Voice’ and have won record contracts
